Parliment's Employees
Recruiting the right employees is one of the highest priorities within the company. This disciplined approach has resulted in one of the most experienced group of individuals, who all share a common goal and purpose. Industry knowledge and a burning desire to perform for our customers are the foundation for everyone in the company. Employee turnover is almost non-existent at Parliment because of our policy of treating our employees fairly and with respect.
All employees of the company are under an "open-book" management philosophy. This means that employees have a detailed understanding of how the company operates and produces income. Each employee is motivated by a year-end "open-book management" bonus. This substantial payout to the employees is a result of their knowledge of quality building materials, the business and the management of the key components. We truly believe that much of the company's success comes from this detailed understanding and the desire of all employees to execute the business plan.
